first purchase snafu...solved! April 5, 2017 Reviewer: Lisa from New York, NY United States   needed help because I was traveling.  Cynthia was diligent In noting that I needed help and called.  I had trouble completing transaction because of mismatch of billing, shipping and  hotel address (the system was not sophisticated enough to deal with this situation).  She reached out and the next day I received the goods in Nashville.  My friend, an exacting CEO, who overheard the conversation was impressed with the service as was I.
