The pants are too big. I have been trying to get in touch with you ever since I received the pants. I have tried numerous times. I have had no response. I have been extremely disappointed in your Customer Service. Please note that I have been wearing your pants for the past 10 years and have been pleased with the quality and fit. However, if you stipulate that I need a confirmation from you in order to return the pants and you do not respond when I request that confirmation, it will be difficult to continue doing business with you.
