IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Regular Priced Merchandise: You have 14 days to return any regular priced item(s) for a refund if you're not completely satisfied with order. Clothes must be new with tags, in unworn condition without any signs of usage.
Sale Priced Merchandise: Sale items that have been marked down in RED can be returned within 14 days for merchandise credit only (no refunds). Items must be returned in original condition. Merchandise credit will be credited to your account and can be used at anytime.
Final Sale Merchandise: Final Sale items that are marked as FINAL SALE are FINAL , and may not be returned for a refund or merchandise credit.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. If you wish to return any portion of your order, complete the RETURN FORM and include it inside your package along with the items you wish to return. All return packages MUST HAVE a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # , packages that do not have RETURN AUTHORIZATION # will be rejected at the shipping dock and sent back to sender. Merchandise needs to be sent to our offices within 10 days of approval, refunds will be issued 5-10 business days upon arrival.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Exchanges are processed as a new order. Since many of our items sell out quickly, the best way to make an exchange is to place a new order online for the item(s) you want, ensuring the items are still in stock. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise. The return and order transactions will not post simultaneously, and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.
HOW DO I SEND BACK MY PACKAGE?
Customers can send back the return package to our address below using any courier of their choice (ie; UPS, FedEX, USPS). Customers are responsible for sending back returned items at their own expense. Fabrizio Gianni does not provide free returns.
