I never received these cotton twill pants, as I ordered the wrong size. I asked to exchange.  Got a very positive "we are happy to do that" email back.  Sent the wrong size pants back as instructed and now three weeks after tracking shows they were returned, I have heard nothing and received nothing.  

I own lots of FG pants.  Love them, but first time ever I have a problem and can't get it resolved nor even a response from customer service.

These jeans are a great color and the fit is wonderful.  They are my fifth pair of jeans, some cords and these great cotton twill.
