I am trying to return a pair of shiitake corduroy pants and have never received return authorization # after multiple emails so of course I am very dissatisfied since returning an item should not be so complicated especially since I will have to go to the post office and return and pay for it myself. If I do not receive a code in a few days I will return the item nonetheless. The pants have a small defect and it will get worse over time so I will not keep the pants.

I own these in a 10 and they fit great. This 10 is at least one size bigger and I've been trying to get a return authorization for over a week and have not gotten a reply email.

the sizing is not correct. they are too small. I want to exchange them for another pair, same color
